Social Circle

Thursdays 11 am - 1 pm in the Library

A program for a group of people, who might otherwise be isolated, to come together to have a quiet discussion and then share lunch together in the SEESA Cafeteria.

 

Men's Shed

Monday 1 - 4 pm in the Workshop

A place for men to gather and work on small carpentry projects, art projects, wooden garden or yard ornaments, or anything else you would like to work on. Activities are decided by the group attending Men's Shed.

Grief Recovery Method

An action program for moving beyond death, divorce, and other losses. People say you have to let go and move on with your life, but they don't tell you how. The Grief Recovery Method provides partnerships and guidance.
