Salsa Fitness (Tuesday)

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a fun workout. This class is a low impact cardio workout where you will learn new salsa dance moves and improve the skills you already have, while you burn calories and move your body to some Caribbean rhythms with a Cuban Salsa Dance Champion. This class will focus on rhythm, balance, range of motion and coordination. This is a happy and fun class, so a smile is required, and indoor shoes.
