20/20/20 Sweat, Strength, Stability and Stretch

This class has it all! Starting with an easy-to-follow warmup and fun lo-impact cardio moves to great tunes to help the heart. We will add a strength and/or endurance component to help us with daily living tasks. Finishing it off, we will work on stability (balance and mobility) and a good relaxing stretch to get you on your way for the rest of the day. This class has something for everyone with modifications to make it easier or more difficult if you are looking for a challenge!
