Cartooning for Fun

Want to laugh while you enhance your ability to draw and think creatively? Anyone can do it. Try Cartooning for Fun and you will learn to overcome artistic inertia and fear of failure. You will also learn to draw without hesitation and have fun while creating cartoons that will both surprise and amuse. The instructor will systematically introduce cartooning techniques, exercises, and projects that will unleash creativity and make drawing fun. No rulers allowed.

Supplies:
• At least 2 pencils with HB leads (mechanical pencils preferred)
• A good eraser
• A fine-tipped felt pen (preferably waterproof and lightfast)
• A stack (about 50 sheets) of photo copy paper (preferably 24 lb or 90g/m2) or an 8½ x 11 inch or a 9 x 12 inch sketch pad with coil binding
