Cyber Seniors on Computers

Drop-in to receive personal support on an individual basis for your tech questions. Types of support include: assistance as an end user of a program; installation of software; cleaning of computer; defrag; settings & adjustments to programs; security of your system, and more. The team will NOT support hardware issues, hardware repairs, coding or programming. Each person will be asked to complete and use the “Show me how….” form (available at Front Desk or on seesa.ca About Us -> Forms). Bring your laptop, tablet, iPad, computer or phone. Knoiw your PASSWORDS for January 16 or 30th. After these sessions, the team will evaluate the potential and possibility of running additional sessions.
