Fit Minds – Presented by Chartwell
Did you know one in three of us will be living with dementia or cognitive impairment? That’s a staggering statistic but it is reassuring to know that we can take positive steps proactively to slow cognitive decline as we age. Some cases of dementia have proven to be preventable through lifestyle changes and cognitive stimulation. In each session, we will focus on a different aspect of brain health, and we’ll take a deeper dive to understand positive steps that you can take now to keep your brain healthy.
