FYI: Chronic Pain

Dr. Bruce Dick is a clinical psychologist and full Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of Alberta. He provides treatment for chronic pain in the pain clinics at the Stollery Children’s Hospital and Multidisciplinary Pain Clinic at the University of Alberta Hospital. His research interests focus primarily on pain and its effects on human performance, mood, sleep, life experience, and quality of life. Bruce and his colleagues are also interested in developing and evaluating novel treatment approaches for chronic pain management across the lifespan including virtual delivery in real time and via online formats
