Simple Tai Chi
Would you like to develop your strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus? Tai Chi is often taught in a long sequence of movements that can require years of dedicated practice to learn, and may be intimidating.
In an effort to ameliorate these common obstacles, this introductory course will focus on simple, and highly effective follow along Tai Chi exercises that can be easily practiced anywhere. Come and join us!
Instructor is a registered Occupational Therapist with 30 years of teaching experience.
