Soft Pilates Level One

Pilates combines strengthening movements with a focus on full, functional breath work. It improves core stability, prevents and relieves back and joint pain, and increases range of motion, while reducing stress. Classes focus on proper alignment and safe execution of movement, finding proper sequencing in the body. This is a level One class, intended for beginners wishing to learn the basic principles and technique of Pilates.
