Soft Pilates Thursday

Focusing on basic principles and technique, proper alignment, safe execution of movement, finding proper sequencing in the body. Pilates combines strengthening movements with a focus on full, functional breath work. It improves core stability, prevents and relieves back and joint pain, and increases range of motion, while reducing stress.
