Soft Pilates Thursday
Pilates combines strengthening movements with a focus on full, functional breath work. It improves core stability, prevents and relieves back and joint pain, and increases range of motion, while reducing stress. Kate’s classes focus on proper alignment and safe execution of movement, finding proper sequencing in the body.
The class will not run in the summer but will resume in September.
