Step & Strength Cardio for Active Agers

This 60-minute Cardio Step Class, designed for 55+ Active Agers, improves cardiovascular health and builds muscle strength. Step aerobics works great for all fitness levels – simply adjust the step height and change the intensity of the workout.  Music and choreography used to keep you motivated and challenged. Resistance exercises included in each class to build muscle strength and endurance. Level 3 – Active Fitness – includes standing and floor work. Requires running shoes and water.
