This class focuses on core strength and balance. We will work on strengthening the body in a variety of positions and movements which serve to enhance mobility, strength and coordination in all daily activities.
Learn the basics of functional stability and how to adapt these principles to all you do. A stronger you is a better you, no matter where you are starting. Please bring your own mat.
