Tai Chi Introduction

This class is an introduction to Yang style Tai Chi and qigong. Tai chi is a popular exercise and martial arts system and philosophy from China.
Qigong is a beneficial series of postures and movements that stimulate the body’s natural energy pathways. Practising tai chi and qigong can improve a person’s balance and flexibility and the overall well-being of the body’s joints, muscles, connective tissues, and internal organs. This class is for individuals who are new to Tai Chi and have not had prior instruction
