Tame Muscle Pain for Active Seniors
An interactive self-care class for muscle and fascia pain. A massage therapist guides you to try techniques that help with everyday”wear and tear” and when we “over do it”. Wear loose stretchy clothing and bring a yoga mat, small pillow, and water to drink. This class is not intended for those who are very frail or have serious systemic health challenges
