Total Fitness Fun
Join us for full-body conditioning in a safe and friendly environment. This class, designed for all fitness levels, includes vigorous, low-impact cardio, strength training with weights and resistance bands, followed by an extended static cool down to support the improvement of joint range of motion. Physical activities are specifically designed to support balance, flexibility, and posture. Some floor work is involved, so please bring a yoga mat. We welcome everyone to join us and have fun!
