Barre Fitness

Improve flexibility and strength, through a series of exercises that work the whole body. Barre class is great for maintaining and improving mobility with a weight-bearing form of exercise. This class is fast-paced and you’re sure to break a sweat! No dance experience necessary!
Barre Fitness is now going to be offered as a hybrid class of both in-person and online students. Please ensure you register for your preferred delivery method. Due to the nature of teaching a hybrid class, some instruction may not be clearly visible or clearly heard online. Priority of instruction/corrections will be given to in-person students over online students.
