Barre HIIT

Barre HIIT blends ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training with high-intensity intervals. Expect low-impact moves, cardio bursts, and quick rests. It builds strength, balance, and endurance using light weights and bands. All levels welcome. Efficient, effective, and fun in every class!
