Drawing: Rocks and Natural Textures (All Levels)
This class introduces students to drawing various rocks and natural surfaces through observation and texture studies. Suitable for all levels, students will learn to capture form, light, and surface detail using line, shading, and value. Beginners build strong foundations, while more advanced students refine realism, depth, and personal expression. Ideal for nature studies, landscapes, and improving observational drawing skill. Bring your own supplies: – Drawing book “16 x12” or larger. – Graphite pencils. – Sharpener. – Eraser. You’re welcome to bring other drawing tools as you wish (e.g. conte, charcoal).
