FYI: Homecare 101
The presentation will provide a practical overview of home care and how it supports individuals and families to live safely and comfortably at home. We will discuss the different types of home care services available, who can benefit from them, how care is funded, and the important role home care plays in improving quality of life, reducing caregiver stress, and preventing unnecessary hospital visits or long-term care placement.
