Same great workout with a fresh mix! Have fun with upbeat cardio to familiar tunes, build strength and endurance with weights, bands, bungees, and mobility sticks, and mix in core, balance, and mobility work. Finish with a calming stretch. Lots of variety, lots of options, and lots of ways to move- every class feels a little different. All levels welcome, with chair choices available.
