Qigong In Person

Qigong is a simple, natural and effective practice that anyone can do regardless of age,
mobility, or fitness level. The movements are gentle and very easy to learn. You are guided
to be aware of your body and how to make small adjustments and can benefit while
standing, sitting or even lying down. Qigong can support your energy levels, provide stress
reduction, enhance mood and more. Its subtlety will surprise you. Give it a try
