Smudging and Medicine
Discover the ancient practice of smudging, a ritual used to purify the spirit and clear negative energies. By utilizing the smoke of sage, we release what no longer serves us to make room for healing. This session explores the restorative power of traditional medicines, including cedar for protection, bear root for strength, and holy wood (Palo Santo) to invite peace and sacred connection into our space.
