Winter Pole Walking Workshop
Have you ever wondered why you see people walking with poles? What benefit do the poles give? How much do they cost? What to look for in a good walking pole? Am I using my poles correctly, and how do I use them to keep up with my outdoor walks in the winter. Only a limited number of poles will be provided so bring your own if you have some. The instructor will also assist you in setting up your poles to the correct height and provide feedback on your technique. If you don’t have poles and are wondering what kind to buy, wait until after the session! We will also discuss grippers for your shoes/boots.Please email letsgetactive5@gmail.com if you have any questions.
